"No Pants Day" is the international holiday which is celebrate in the May on the first Friday. On this special day subway commuters refuse to wear Pants and you can find them in shirts only. I have no idea that why and who were started this but its all are really crazy. So are you ready for the "No Pants Day". See the following photos.
